this trainer is amazing, he teaches me lots of stuff... he was very nice and wise. Well actually there are two trainers: Bob and Hanate Wakuso Shiseo Tadashite Suzuki Honda Civic. Here is what taught me to be awesome and you have to follow there steps AND eat your fruits and veggies! ENJOY!!!
